Comment system fix for Pligg 2.0 [PHP]

This is my site [login to view URL] I want to make 2 modifications to the commenting system, which can be found here: [login to view URL] 1. Please check the image attached to see how I want the voting buttons and number of votes displayed. Instead of the way it is right now, I want them to be lined vertically. Upvote at the top, number of votes in the middle, downvote at the bottom. 2. I want to add the number of upvotes a user gets for a comment to the total number of his comment karma. (check [login to view URL] attached) Right now the site has Karma points for the number of upvotes a link gets, this number will be added to the total amount of karma points to the user's profile. I want to include the comment karma as well, but separately. So it would display the link karma and the comment karma, each on it's own tab. 3. I want to make the 2 tabs on the user profile (comment points and link points) standout from the rest while remaining on the same bar. You'll have to get creative with that, I don't have any samples to show you. My budget is 150$
