custom linux firewall module POC

I need an experienced linux C coder with experience writing kernel modules, some understanding of the linux kernel firewall interface would also be nice.

overview:

i need a linux kernel module that implements a userspace loadable custom firewall filter (using the kernels existing api for custom filters) the loading of this object module should be done using ioctl calls and mapped memory arrays..

the userspace loadable objectfile must be removable and reloadable on demand

kernel module:

kernel module should implement a netfilter interface which will allow the application of all the normal linux firewall rules

as well as a userspace loadable mangling function (a string replace for example).

userspace module:

this modules construction can be simple, perhaps just another kernel module itself.. however this module needs to apply

some filter to each packet going through a particular interface.

i need to be able to remove this module, and insert another at any time..

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

the kernel space code (after compilation of course) should be able to function on any 32 or 64 bit linux arch.. any exceptions should be noted
