client server

i want to implement a 3 bit sliding window protocol in unix using c for an assignment. i have one bit sliding program which works somewhat, not fully, need it modified as soon as possible, in 24 hours. i have the details attached. ## Deliverables the program is implemented to transfer mpeg files from a simple server to a simple client, using the 3 bit sliding window implementation. it should be simple enough for a guy who knows it.
