**step1:
**You are writing the Student Management System for a University. For each student, the system is to keep the following information:
• Name (first, last)
• Address (street number, street, city, state, postcode)
• Date of birth (in the form of dd/mm/yyyy)
• Student number (up to 8 digit number)
• Sex (a single case sensitive character i.e. M and F)
• Course Number (a 4 character case sensitive string)
• A flag indicating whether or not they are enrolled (a single case sensitive character, A for active i.e. enrolled, N for non active)
• Weighted Average Mark (mark from 0 - 100)
You will find a datafile called students.txt. load the student records from a *specified* file into memory ??" if file doesnt exist,assume a new database is being created and the number of records is zero.
Once loaded you should:
• add new student details in the order above
• delete a specified student
• modify the address OR WAM for a specified student.
• print out the entire record for a specified student
• find students with a given surname and print out their records
• print out the records of students who are currently active
• dump the database out to a *specified* file
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
