DirectShow Deinterlace transform filter

I need DirectShow transform filter that can Deinterlace video stream in RGB or YUV video format. Filter must Deinterlace video in real-time. Method: Adaptive deinterlacing (sample pictures and description on [login to view URL] ), that implemented in SmartDeinterlace VirtualDub filter, or other Deinterlace method (you must describe it if you want to use it) with a same or better quality. Input and output resolution and frame rate must be same. The options on the filter must be able to be set in code. Filter must be written on Visual C++.
