I have been working on a sound library for the Wii in c++, but I have hit one bug too many for my patience to last and now I want it finished for me.
## Deliverables
I have already designed and written most of the library. Please discuss any large design changes with me before doing them.
Also, please discus any libraries that you plan to use with me before using them.
I want the project to be ready for an initial release to the public.
I want the code to be tested and debugged so that it can playback sound in the mp3 format without any sound quality issues.
Also, it is extra important that the code must not leak memory given that the platform does not have a lot of memory.
Any discovered bugs in the project is to be fixed, and to be searched for.
The canvas project included in the download is not part of the requirements, it is only included for the convenience of being able to run the included test program. Any bugs in the canvas library project may be ignored.
Please do not bid if you can not even build the project as it is.
Known bugs includes that the test application crashes at the end of the playback and that the sound quality is very poor. These bugs must be fixed.
The library design is explained on the [Wiibrew wiki][1] (attached zip contains the copy used for legal purposes). Please attach an updated copy if you edit the design.
The library uses libogc, and [libsamplerate][2]. The test application additionally uses libwiisprite.
