Commercial Real Estate Underwriting Tool Add-In fo MS Excel

Seeking developer to build a Beta Version of an Excel based suite of custom built formulas and templates for underwriting commercial real estate acquisitions. As an example, see <[login to view URL]> which provides Excel users with a custom interface and suite of formulas to perform monte-carlo analysis in Excel. I assume the required developer skill set would be VBA and C++, however, I am open to other coding environments. What is most important is the speed and stability of the platform. Solid understanding of commercial real estate, finance and banking are plusses.
