C++ Builder Simple Bitmap Analyser

To Create a borland C++ windows program that allows the user to do the following :- - Input the path of a file to load a *.bmp image - display the dimensions of the image and update these valuues if the image changes size. - enable the user to cut the image to a smaller size (ie crop the image) keeping the top left corner unchanged. Also to be able to extend the image with the extra space being white. - allow the user to select a range of pixels in the image and change the rgb values in edit boxes on the gui. then diplay this image on the gui seperate to the original image. - allow the user to save the modified file as a bitmap. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Brief description of the implementation. ## Platform windows 2000. borland c++ builder 6 enterprise
