AVI-MPG Watermaker

We need for a program that takes an avi or mpg video file, to make a watermark, with these conditions:

- It has to be written in C++

- It has to be very smart in using PC memory

- It exports the sound of the video file to and save it completley in the final result

- It has to use the XP look and icons

- It has to be able to stop the process whenever the user wants to

- There is an option to preview the process beofre and when it begins

- Nice and simple interface design

- The whole source code should be sent

Note: Good Coders can bid more than what I've specified

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
