Please explain what equipment, software, or whatever else would be needed to make this work. There may be additional features added down the road. Qualified candidate must: #Explain how Voice Broadcasting of Pre-Recorded Messages works and what is needed to set it up. #Add/Delete/Change Voice Broadcasts (Easily creating broadcasts by adding a .wav file) #Import A List of Phone Numbers (excel, csv, text) #Set The Time For When Calls Will Be Sent #Automatically Retry Busy or No Answers Please quote more than just a price tag. I would like to know what you will be doing, and how you will make this work. I'm open to suggestions on how to set it up.
