564699 Correct ratio of banner displays

Hello - I have two php scripts that work together: [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] The first is 29 lines of code, the second is 23 lines. The first file calls the second, and together they should: 1. Randomly display customer banners. 2. Record into each individual client's statistics the number of times their banner has been displayed, and how many times it has been clicked. 3. Allow me to adjust the ratio of displays between two different banner levels: Gold and Silver. The first two items seem to be working correctly, but the third is not. I think this is pretty straigntforward, and would like to pay $15 for this fix. Would you like to look at this? The
