Custom Forum Alter

I have created a simple forum out of php. I am after a coder to do the following to my code: 1. Permissions displaying forums/categorys and posting per usergroup. 2. Displaying smiley images per command, example :) and :-) will display a image instead of code. 3. Clicking a smiley and inserting command in textbox (90% done) I can help you through the code as i coded it myself.
