Audio record and upload from web page

We have a web site implemented in ASP .NET for managing voice recordings by actors & actresses.? This is for planning scenes? for TV, movie, etc. Presently the voice actor needs to record his/her audio offline using desktop software, and then upload as a .WAV file via the interface shown here. We want to replace this clunky process by putting a "voice recording interface" directly? into our web page. Can you supply us with a module to do this? You can use ActiveX, AJAX, Flash, or anything else that you prefer as long as we can easily integrate it into our web page.? ? The uploaded file must be .WAV? ? Note: It's not a requirement, but if you can also generate a .SWF (in addition to the .WAV) and upload both files that would be desirable to us, so let us know.? Another possibilty is .WAV to .SWF conversion at the server side.
