ASP.net 1.1 ms sql 2000, ajax, javascript Description Custom webform creator that will let users build a new webform (registration page) for users to fill out for each of the events on their website. Each webform will get a id like [[login to view URL]][1] and is easy for the admin to get the url when the form is created. We will have a way the admin to be able to edit forms after they are created. Sumitted forms will save data to the db. Each submission will send the user and the form owner a html email with the information they submitted. We will give the style and formatting. Emails are sent via smtp and should have a config file. We are hoping the user can adjust some of the layout of the form(within reason) so they can put a name field that is 20 characters long and a address field that is 50 characters long etc.. this way the form can still look nice. If possible we would like to use some nice intuitive interface. Maybe drag and drop fields and adjust width etc..Each field will have a label that is needed to be stored in the db with the data so that the emails can be formatted. Purpose The app is to allow the admin of a site to make a new registration form for each of their events. Users of the site will use these forms to register for the event to attend. Each event has different form requirements and this is why you are building the custom field maker. The form creator will be linked to from our cms app so we should have a way to get a url from it when the new form is created so we can store a link in our cms. We will also need a way to open the form editor from our app so we will send a url parameter to it to open the correct form. Install You will need to install on our servers and get working, including emails. Our admins will install the app in our live system and you will have to answer any questions. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
