CV/RESUME CRAWLER

This project can easily be implemented using the normal Price Comparison scripts so there is no worry of overbidding when it comes to pricing. This is a simple project by modifying the crawlers. There will be an ongoing opportunity to the winning bidder to provide further modifications to the simple crawler script. I am looking for a small but intelligent program that will crawl and track CV/Resumes which Job Seeekers submit to various online jobsite portals. This program should be able to bring out the most hidden factors. This will work on my online Jobsite as part of vetting candiates to expose their lies when applying jobs to various Jobsites. Any good suggestions/proposal from bidders is welcome. There is a similar program that Unviersities in UK use to trace pragilarism when students write their dissertations or thensis. Thanks to all.
