Customer management system

We would like to have a very simple asp.net and Microsoft SQL Server backend website designed for use by a small insurance company for its employees. 1. The site would need to allow our employees to login and keep track of our member groups (our first level customers) and also their members. 2. We need to be able to setup plans and assign plans and pricing to groups. 3. We need to be able to enter subscribers (second level customer), select a group and a plan from the groups available plans (all will belong to a group) and track reoccurring billing (monthly/annual) as well as payments (e-check/credit card/debit/check) 4. We need to be able to setup employees and limited/basic security rights. a. View groups b. Edit groups c. View group pricing levels d. Edit group pricing levels e. View subscribers f. Edit subscribers g. View subscribers billing options h. Edit subscribers billing options i. Edit plans 5. Send out emails to groups and or subscribers (all or by group). 6. (optional and specific by group) have system send out welcome letters, billing/renewal notices, payment confirmations, electronic payment failure notices. 7. Keep track of communications with groups and or subscribers (both system generated and manually entered) 8. Work with [login to view URL] for real-time processing of payments. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
