Custom IE Toolbar

Need a custom but fairly basic IE toolbar where users of our website can easily download and uninstall it. The toolbar will need to keep a record on the amount of people that downloaded it, are using it, and am arent using it. Toolbar must have the following features: Logo Search bar drop downs ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site). 4)Programmer must be under a simple contract agreement. Programmer may not disclose any information as well as resell the source code. 5)The 4 above will be discussed via phone or messenger. ## Platform IE and possibly netscape
