Creating asp.net control

We need to create a Web Control Specification: Web Control must be a TextBox in which user can type only digits, "-", "," or "." All other characetsrs are disallowed. At the right of the TextBox must be placed a button(with calculator icon). When pressed , it must show an layer with calculator (like WinXP standart calculator). Control can have empty value (empty string, not "0"). This control must be like on [login to view URL] gif&title=calc+edit&w=521&h=429 , but it's web control. All scripts must be in separated file. Control must work in: Ms Internet Explorer 6, Mozilla 1.5 Opera 7 Using technology: C#(Server) and JavaScript(client) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working control and web form with using example 2) Complete source control and web form code of all work done. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
