Create a New Design for a ASP site i coded - Very easy and Quick(repost)(repost)

Hi all, I have done a site in ASP + ACCESS. I need to replicate it and rebrand it. Basically i want to change a little bit of the structure, colours, logo, menus and so on... The functionality is the same. I will supply all the file to work on it. I just want to say that this is the second repost i do on this project because the last 2 coders just went off without doing anything, and gave lame excuses. Just to clear things out: What i need is a new template for the site, in xhtml+css, with layers, and integration with the existing asp code. I want a simple and clean template. Site has 3 parts: Frontoffice, distributors(same as frontoffice with very little changes) and backoffice(plain simple, just an image on top). The template is for a new brand, so the site must be rebranded: new logo, new colorscheme, and so on. I was 2 new brands to launch, both based on this site structure, so whoever gets this job and does it nicely will get the second one. Please shoot any questions you have and please state how many days will you take to complete the job. One thing: i will select a coder that will keep constant communication trough msn messenger, icq or gtalk. I find that this way is a lot more productive. Nevertheless, postings on RAC are also needed, in case of any dispute. I want to choose a coder tomorrow, so please state your minds.
