Create CMS for existing site

I need a CMS (content management system) put in place for this existing website: [login to view URL] The site is built in .asp This should be relatively easy to do because the content areas of the site (the part on the left with the text) are each individual .asp pages I would like the CMS to do the following: • allow the client, through the web browser with no special knowledge, to be able to edit the text and photos in the content section of each site (not including the header, footer, or photos on the right) • allow the client to add pages to the site (although not to the navigation) • allow the client to upload images to the site • allow the client to add hyperlinks, email addresses, and PDF files to the site I am picturing this as working where the user goes to a web page (such as [login to view URL]) and enters a username and password. It then brings him to a page where he sees a list of site pages and can edit the pages or create a new one. There should be a separate "publish" feature, so that the pages are saved in draft mode until the client hits "publish". I welcome any questions. Thank you.
