Convert my asp website to php - repost

I have a small website which was written in .asp using Dreamweaver 2004. There are some style sheets in it, a few tables, and of course some images. About 20 pages in total, with the navigation buttons via "include" statements. There is no online orderding functionality or anything like that, just information. Really, the cleverest part is a form on the contact page to send me emails anonymously, to protect my email address from spammers. I have signed up with a new web hosting company, and they only handle php. I do not have access to the developer any more, but I have all the source and I have Dreamweaver. So I found an online tool to convert asp to php and did the home page and it worked fine except the include statements. There may be a few other things this tool can't translate, I don't know. I am out of my depth now, since all I can really do for myself is add pages, text and images. I need someone to convert my website to php so that I can edit it in Dreamweaver 2004. This is probably a really easy project for someone who knows this stuff, probably just a few hours.
