Hi,

I have a design concept that is done and is in a PDF file.

I want the design to be coded to .aspx and .css files using <div> and the usual CSS concepts so that the design can be easily changed later.

## Deliverables

I have put in my comments in the PDF document attached.

There are only about 4 screens defined.

I will need the pages to be developed using Visual Studio v2008. (the final deliverable should be opened using VS 2008). The project will be developed using VB.Net 3.5.

There should be .aspx files for the 4 pages (at least), 4 master pages, .css files (layered please to define main, teacher, student, vendor, admin and common sections, etc)
