Calls Software

When i pickup any of the fone it should start recording the call automatically. The saved calls should be searched by date, time and size of file. When a customer calls in once his information and all orders should be saved. When the customer calls again the software should detect it & the name and saved information and previous orders should automatically be shown on the screen as soon as the call is recieved. There should be upto 5 landlines attached to 1 computer. There should be 5 monitors for all lines. If a customers information & previous orders are saved from one screen & a customer calls again on the other line which has a different monitor the information should also be displayed on the second monitor. When i setup the software to answering machine mode. It should play the answering machine on all 5 phones. The software should automatically make a daily backup which i should easily save somewhere incase the server or pc crashes at some point. Please also tell me the equipment i will need for this and how long you will take to finish it. Please remember i want one pc only, not more than that. I can have 5 screens for 5 different reciever people. I will also want 5 mics with headphones for 5 different guys. All 5 headsets will be attached to a pc but i dont want a cluster of wires so i would prefer if the headsets can be attached to the monitors somehow. Is it possible to attach them to the monitor because i dont think there is any port in the monitor? PLEASE DONT SHOW ME YOUR PREVIOUS WORK. I AM NOT INTERESTED. PLEASE ONLY ANSWER MY QUESTIONS AND TELL ME WHAT YOU CAN DO FOR ME.
