Automated Link exchange site

This will be an automated link exchange site similar to linksmaster .com but with SEO friendly URLs, and not like the link exchange sites where you have to send emails back and forth. But Since it's automated, it needs to be Search Engine Friendly. Please take the time to read my entire post here and respond properly. I need someone that is knowledgeable about MOD ReWrites or making non static pages Search engine friendly with SEO URL's, example RewriteEngine on# [QSA] RewriteRule ^members/.* [login to view URL] I want a nice professional feel and design. The idea is that all users will have inbound links to each other and will only need to create a new page on their website and place a piece of code (PHP or ASP) that we provide to them into that page. These pages will have links to all of out active users websites, all of which is automatically generated from out database (MySQL) I will provide you with a username and password to linksmaster ,com so you can get an idea of how the user control panel should look and work. Please ask me for that, I will supply. A user will be able to create an account for free, verification of account creation email will be sent, they click the link and will be able to log in. from their they can choose payment options, monthly or yearly. First 500 URLs will be free, after that I want to start charging. Also on the main page, I want to display how many users there are and how many websites are in our database.
