Auction Sniper Program for a website in C# .Net

An Auction Sniper program for [[login to view URL]][1] (Turkish website but you can understand the mechanism easily, its like [login to view URL]) you can list the items then select "Formatlar" ( Formats ) then click "[Sadece Açik Artirma Formatli][2]" (only auction) to see the items to write the program. I NEED a program that I'll fill username ,password , item number, max price I'll bid , the seconds left (to apply bidding - 6 seconds or 10 seconds ..) I'll define them in textboxes. Then It reads the time left for the close time for this bid and do apply my bidding. It should be written in VS .Net 2008? and I need it C#.net Windows Form Application..
