ASPX script to control a command line Python script on a Windows webserver.

I have a web-based program that outputs a raster image and saves it on my web server (Windows 2008). The program is scripted using .ASPX files. I want to pass the location of the raster image into an open source image tiling program that I have (that is described below), and divides it into tiles. The program is free and opensource [[login to view URL]], but I do not know how to install it, how to call it (efficiently) and how to return to my program the resulting folder and files that were generated. The tiling program "python [login to view URL]" can be run as a command line script and I would like to call it from the ASPX script. And I need installation instructions to set all of this up on a Windows server.
