Brief description is below. i will be creating mockup screens for each of the parts of the system but I want to begin finding the coder for the job.
Must use asp.net 2.0 with sql must be good with ajax, xml, javascript. We dont like page refreshes if possible. You will use [login to view URL] controls for this project for grids, callback controls, and navigation
System Description:Your system will be comprised of 3 types of users:
[login to view URL] Ordering Agents (office people)
The system will have several main parts
•Users Database
•Suppliers database
o Suppliers products, prices, and details
•Crew Database and Vendors
•Sales People
o Commission Structure
•Client Database
o Order history
o Order information
o Payment information
•Reporting
•Daily Management
o Work In Progress
o Work Orders
o Completed Work
o Invoicing
The system will flow as I have outlined in the attached document. The goal of the system will be to allow remote sales people to enter order information into the system; this P.O. information will be tracked in the system and seen by all users. P.O. information can be updated. The admin will be able to approve P.O. and send to the purchasing agent to work on the purchase of materials from the list of suppliers. Jobs will be assigned to crews. The drop date from the material purchase will trigger a W.O. for the admin to be able to see what jobs are for today, tomorrow, and any known future date. Assignment of a job can be in two ways, entire job or part of the [login to view URL] will manage the invoicing of the project and then the applied payments so you can track the outstanding balances from clients. From this same section you will be able to see the payments that are due your contractors and sales people. You can run this report at anytime and for an period, like every two weeks.
