ASP database.

I need a pretty simple database. I need a database for Students, They will first fill out a form online, and the database will place them into provisioning section where an admin. will have to approve the account before becoming active. One the form is first filled out, both the student and an admin will recive an email, student will recive an email stating that there account has been created, and an represenitive will contact them soon. In the provisioning section the admin will also choose a teacher from a drop down menu,( the teacher list will be fead from a seperate database whithin this project). In the provisioning section i also need a way for that specific student to be charged monthly (reccuring) and log all charges under the student acccount. The student acccount will have 3 status modes : Provisioning, Active, Suspended. I should have 3 sections Provisioning - Students - Teachers - Billing Under the Teachers its just a basic profile for each teacher. The billing section will list all charges for all the student each month, and log all data. Also be able to list delinquint accounts that were not able to charge throught. And suspend accounts after 30 days. The home page needs to list # of student # of active accounts # of deliquint accounts # of teachers Last months Gross Income $ NEED THIS DONE SUPER FAST
