ASP/MS Access database for web site

I need an ASP/MS Access coder to help me with the following: I have a web site that requires users to register for an account, log in, then sign up for a free trial offer. When that is completed, a third-party company sends my database a feed that tells it which user signed up for which offer. When I can see that information, I give the user a free gift. I need each IP address to be able to register only once. I need each user to be able to sign up for an offer only once. I need to make sure that they send valid information in the registration form. I need to be able to update the user table once I have given them a free gift so I don't send them more than one. Once I have updated the table, I need an email sent to the user automatically with their gift information. The web site is: [login to view URL] I can build most of the pages, it's the coding that I need assistance with. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform It's on a Windows 2003 Server using ASP, but it is also ASP.net capable, if necessary.
