Clipshare photo upload

I'm looking for someone to modify my current clipshare install so that users can upload photo's similarly to that of AVS (adult video script). Below are the features I need: users can upload photos and organize photos in photo albums (jpg, gif and png) users can comment on photos (spam protection) (via ajax) (comments ajax pagination) users can flag photos (via ajax) users can rate photos (via ajax) users can share photos (via ajax) users can view photo album slideshows It will also be necessary to administrate the photos from the admin panel manage photos and albums (delete/approve/suspend) manage photo comments manage spam and flagged photos I don't mind if the code is taken from the AVS script and converted to clipshare, so long as it works properly. I need this done within the next 24 hours. Please list any and all prior experience. Thanks! -Josh
