Creating a CCG Game for IOS

I have a game i wanted to create for the IOS, it is a ccg game with some unique features that I am confident will not be too difficult to implement. What I have done so far is create a business plan, I have written out the concepts and features of the game. What I do lack is the developmental skills to make it into a reality. I am looking for developers that have created CCG games in the past and can spend the first initial hours going over the scope of the project, get a feel for how long it would take to create and what resources they would need from me (servers and so forth) in order to make this happen.
