Bot creator required. Urgent!

Hi, I need a bot creator with earlier experience. The bot needs to scrape url's and post to forms. There should be a licencing server in place.. It should be able to register to forums using fake data from a small database/file/xml Bot is small and needs to be completed by monday. Detailed algorith would be given to the winner.
