C# programm which copy files from Windows to an Android Device

We need a small programme (c#) which can copy files from Windows Desktop (Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8) to an Android Device (in the Folder: ../Android/data/application name/files/) and later back to Windows Desktop. This should be a console application. The application must find the android devices on there own. It could be more than one different android devices (different type) connected with the same computer. But every time only one device at the same time is pluged at the USB port at the computer. We should be able to define the name and path of the source file, the name and the target path of the destination file. We need the possibility to copy in both directions, there should be able to define in which direction we need to copy the file (windows - andorid, and android - windows). That's all! Find the device, if it is put over USB, to the computer, than copy a file to the device or get the file from the device. We need to call this programme or the needed parts of the programme from a self made mapping tool. We need the source code, and will hold the rights.
