The DNN project The site must be be done with the open source CMS platform dotnetnuke (DNN) and its latest version / foundation. All (DNN) modules will be used further on in the project so the modules should be implemented according to the described requirements below. Site Target Group The site will include two different target groups Receivers and Submitters. Receivers will read and skim through the material submitters produce on the site. To both see content and to produce content an individual/company must be registered and logged in. Related to Receivers and Submitters there will be more functionality which will be described later on to the one that gets the deal. Project at large/professional requirements: - You must be a DotNetNuke 4.x expert for this project and include references for your existing DNN. - Application or project needs to be aligned with web 2.0 thinking, coding and touch and feel. Layout, skinning, artwork, programming and logo design is required for this project. - Project timeframe 30 days. Techincal Scope: - DNN running on SQL Express 2005 for DNN - Indexing and crawling tweaks - Logo work, Artwork, Site Design for DotNetNuke template (skinning) - Personalization / personalized sites for Submitter Receivers - (Myspace & Facebook widgets) - Payment logic (DNN functionality can be used.) E.g. of personalized requirements: Personal "Inbox" (with action items, composed, submitted, received attention, recommendations), Chat section, Section for Connections. E.g of normal functionality for all Submitters: Compose section for composing, changing content, uploading documents. E.g of normal functionality for all registered user: News section with industry related news, Account settings (changing user details and adding areas / categories of interest to be displayed at the personal site.
