C# - Barcode Label Printer / Inventory Managment Program

Need to have a Windows program developed that will be used by a butcher shop / meat distribution plant. The program must be able to communicate with two seperate scales (small box and large floor) via serial ports simultaneously. It must be able to print out labels to a specific type of printer with bardcodes containing serialized information, weight information, etc. Another module of the program must allow for scanning of the barcodes into a database for inventory management, and later scanning them out into a sales order. It must be able to provide multiple reports (daily production, on hand inventory, bill of lading). Must be able to export information in the form of a Quickbooks invoice for import into Quickbooks. Users/admins must be able to add/remove/update different products. More details will be provided as necessary. A mock up of the interface is attached as a starting reference.
