We need an outstanding developer with min 5 years of Outlook and VB.NET language experience. We want to create a outlook add-in that will perform some algorithms on send/receive message event. Visual Studio 2010 should be used for the development. This addin must handle email accounts configured over POP3, IMAP and Exchange Server environment. A user with non-administrative privileges must be able to install the add-in.
