Complete ID change to within software including Graphic design

This project is being relisted: Programmer work: I need an Opensource program modified. The previous provider I hired states that the following is required for the project: Microsoft Visual Studio 2003 .NET, but NOT Visual C++ Toolkit 2003 ) Check the website for verification at: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Identity change project (Modify names and design): I need for the desktop icon, identity pic’s and the logo's to be changed to different ones that I will provide. Anywhere there is reference to the current program title needs to be switched to my different name. Including the help files, etc (This should be easy with a word replacement program). This is completely legal and you will see once you view the program and conditions of the program. Registration and web links to [login to view URL] need to be removed. Licensing info needs to be removed (I am making my own folder that will include this information). Basically, when loading the program a person won’t have to read info, agree to info or register. Program should display new logo and pic while loading program, that I will provide. Delete or replace buttons, icons and pics that are imbedded within the source that identify with OpenOffice or StarOffice.org. Minor modification (such as resizing) to my logo and/or photo’s or buttons to make them usable for logo and desktop icon use, may be needed. This program also needs a button or row including buttons linking to the various programs within this Office suite, so that a person can be working in one program and open an other one in the suite without having to go through the Window’s start menu. Graphic design: Modify the program’s buttons, bars and skins (Draw, Impress, Writer,etc) to an MS Office look (Aqua blue look) instead of the current gray look that this program has. Should have a modern look to it. Buttons need to intentify with product it represents. Basically, make it look and feel like the Microsoft version. *Great work performed in a timely manner will get first shot working on the many modifications that are planned with this software. Bidder should understand that the project needs to be complete and stable before payment is made. I need to test the product before payment is made.
