I am looking for development of a chat application for users of web application. This website is coded in asp.net c# 2.0. This chat application will use User id, image of user etc from website. This chat plugin should be coded in such a way that only replacing values in some places, it starts working with website. Please see attached file for requirement, deliverables and other information. I have also mentioned payment milestones in it. Developer has to provide me completed working build with all source code and database files.

I can do this in Silverlight. Also possible with Mobile WP8 App access. ASP.Net takes too much time by very less comfort to user and system.
