A simple contention based forwarding routing protocol in QualNet 6.1 Simulator

I need someone to write a code (cpp and header files) for a a simple contention-based routing protocol for QualNet 6.1 simulator. The aim is to develop a simple contention-based routing protocol that broadcasts the packet towards the destination. All the intermediate nodes that receive the packet contend for the forwarding rights. The node that is closest to the destination gets the forwarding right to further broadcast the packet, while all other contending nodes discard the packet. No routing packets (route request, route reply or route error) are used here we just have to make use of the info header in the data packet. More details regarding to the protocol can be found in the attached document. I might also require some assistance while integrating the written code's cpp and header files in the QualNet library.
