a. To create and maintain a mobile application that identifies users who are going out during the day or at night and facilitates communication and organization between users that are going out.

i. Users profile will be pulled from one of the social media outlets.
c. The ability to pull friends/followers lists and invite people to join your network.
i. The ability to pull the contact list from user’s mobile phone to invite contacts to join their network.
d. On/Off switch letting others in your network know you are going out.
i. Menus where users can select the time and location they are going out to.
e. A “Krewe Member” page listing the user’s friends whom are going out that evening.
f. The option for a push message at 5pm asking users if they are going out that night.
g. An in-app chat function allowing users to message one, some, or all of the users in their network that are going out.
i. An option to close out the chat.
ii. The option to add friends to the chat.
iii. The option to block friends connected to blocked users from the chat.
iv. The option to opt out of the chat function entirely.
v. The ability to include photos, audio or video in chats.
vi. The ability to clear out all chats at 10am daily.
h. A block feature enabling you to block not only specific users but users connected to the users you have blocked.
i. The ability to invite friends out. This feature only works on an individual basis. There will be no group invites allowed.
j. The option to post what you’re doing to social media outlets.
k. The ability to look at venues and see how many app users are at each location.
5. App Content
a. Local rankings will be provided weekly showing where users are going most (top 3)
b. In app advertising (on a separate tab) offering specials or deals exclusively to Krewe members.
c. Monthly rankings (crowns) to users that use the app with frequency.
6. Corresponding Web Service Application
a. There will be a simple splash page built explaining the service the app provides and offering links to the Apple and Android app stores.
b. Later phases will include a web based version of the application.
