Hi, For test version suggest that we use php based hosting and later move whole thing to AWS (if you're expecting big number of users). I gave you 20 day to deliver and I'm expecting you to be available during first week. During first week I'm going to design database which will affect greatly how everything will function. My bid doesn't include front-end website but I'll create necessary UI for entering data. If you want me to build website I'd like to leave it for phase 2 and it will cost you additional 1.5K USD. Regarding payments: I sugest that we split milestone in 20%,40% and 40%. 20% initial milestone is to be released on start of project and it will cover freelancer's fee. Second milestone is to be released after completion of database and test UI. Third (final) milestone is to be released after test of iPhone app. I will not accept project until I see milestones created and I'll not start work before initial milestone is released.
