Write an iPhone & Android application

We are currently working with another Recruitment Agency where we require the services of an experienced Freelancer to assist us to build a quality APP. The APP will allow the user to POST a job advertisement to our network of job boards, plus allow us to add new job boards when we like. We have a very detailed description of what we require - however we require someone with the ability to work with us and design and create this application. There needs to be SECURE payment options built in for people to use or go to our site. If you have an understanding of what we require - please approach us with similar projects which you may well have done.
