We have basic structure of app which has some bugs in it. (Failed project)

users will have their profile, they can see it, edit it. All users will be able to visit other users profile, can send them message, and can add to their favorite list. App will have advertisement banner in footer from our Google AdSense. Message read/unread shortlisting system, search by username, search by date of birth etc. one click same birthday mate finder button using variable distance which user will define. will have some notification system like "new match found",
"new message popup window" same as viber, and "match found within 100 meter" Etc. and some other little functions will be continuously implemented by you gradually. But these are the basic for now, it is endless ongoing project.
