Write an Android application -- 2

We require app design from concept to launch (including registration on GooglePlay and AppStore and post-launch support ). Must be competent in Android an IOS platform with appreciation of UI/UX and database experience. Only serious applicants need apply as opposed to anyone responding with a general profile information. The function of the App is to put job applicants in touch with employer and vice versa. The target market is small businesses, family businesses, manual jobs, local recruitment market for one off projects or small but regular task. We also require a reminder feature to help users list business critical reminders with expiry dates, deadlines, follow up action, three or four reminders ahead of the expiry/deadline (there should also be a facility to store a limited number of documents/images associated with each reminder if the user so wishes. The reminder could be edited, put on hold, deleted, shared with others or delegated to others to complete by set date.) Returning back to the main App, the job search, job alert, job match function is the key feature of the App. This app is for a particular segment of the job market where traditional recruitment practices are less prominent: resumes/CVs and prior recruitment tests may or may not be used, telephone interview followed up by face to face interview, vetting by the employer during face to face interview or soon after, then a job trial or job offer for a limited period of time (or a small assignment), are likely to be the sequence of processes in the engagement of a new employee or contractor.
