Write an Android application

i want an APP, that: 1) i will import a list of phone numbers, the list can be on excel or notepad or anything else. 2) the user who will use the app he will see a search that he will type a phone number, if the number exist on the list then the user will see a possitive message or icon, if the number he writes doesnt exist on the list then he will see a negative message or icon. 3)i dont want the user to have access on the phone list 4) the phone numbers will be inside the app and not in the contacts 5)will not be published on appstore 6) for android.
