I require an experienced MOBILE APP DEVELOPER to DESIGN and DEVELOP the following: Please note the following before placing your bid *Do NOT BID, If you don't understand the format of a league tournament *If you are unsure of any of the below requirements, DO NOT BID League Tournament Manager Application **This is NOT a game but an APP** 1. The app should create a tournament, add players and generate the match fixtures 4. Players are given the app to manually install it on their phones 5. When a game is played the result can be entered into the app by either player 6. Full admin control and the ability to delete players who do not show up 7. The fixture list must dynamically adjust if point 6 occurs 8. The app must be able to automatically cancel a match where neither player can get through to the next round ****MUST FEATURE*** 9. As additional feature the app should have the ability to auto create a new table for the players who have a qualified for Round 2 or the Play Off/Tie Breaker The tournament works as follows: Round 1: All players play each other player 1 point for a win, 0 points for a loss.
