first of all we need to know what is stegnography.. stegnography is a technique through which you can embed a text msg in a picture .
Requirement:
need to prepare a chatting app on which you can only chat with the help of images, sender will pick the image from gallery or directly from camera, and on selecting picture there comes a edit text where you can enter a msg and then click encode button it will embed in image then press send button and it will be send, similarly at receiving point the receiver will receive image and press decode button and embedded msg will appear ..
for chatting application there is a huge database required due to which we need to make our own server on which data of sender and receiver will store .. that server will be sql server , and you need wcf web services...
(web service will help to connect your android with sql server using web)
first of all you need to publish web service , then you can write code in it using c# programming language...
tool for android is android studio , and for web service /c# is visual studio 2012
