Hello Freelancers We are a marketing company currently looking for designers to create a simple and user interactive app for a new idea. There are a few templates and algorithms we have prepared in order to envision and make easier what exactly we are after for this particular app. The main function will be to sell something to costumers on a returning basis, as well as create a merit system whereby returning customers can get discounts for referring others to the app as well as by reaching a threshold of buying a certain amount before offering a discount. We would like to get this project completed preferably within 2 months. Can you offer your services within the time frame outlined and close to our budget?
