i would like to have an obd2 app developed. i want it to utilize elm327 technology with bluetooth connectivity for use in the usa. i would want both android and ios versions. i want as broad of vehicle manufacturer and obd2 protocol coverage as feasible. i want the app to display only one serial data item on a vertical screen oriented gauge style display. the gauge background will have fail zones in red, marginal zones in yellow, and pass zones in green on the face of the gauge. the app must be one icon touch to load simple, automatically scan for available bluetooth devices, display a list of available devices and upon user selection of the elm327 device begin to display the data on the android or apple device. is this a project your company can develop, deliver and support?
