Write an Android and IOS application

Need to develop a cab booking mobile application similar to UBER and OLA CABS. Features of which have been given below- I. Specifications:- 1. Two Versions of the app are to be made - One english version & the other one chinese version. 2. To be developed on Cross Platform - IOS / Android 3. Application administered by Admin 4. The Manager when logged in has the ability of viewing the trip details of any driver with search criteria of Driver Name and the specific start & end dates 5. Customer pays through a credit card in advance when booking the ride and earns points 6. Street view map visible on the app navigation screen viewing street lanes and directions II. Features:- 1. Language Translator 2. Car pool ride facility 3. Customer Rating for Drivers 4. Instant Messenger in order the customer can communicate with any driver for a ride. III. Visibility:- 1. When the app opens. The waiting time of the screen will have a car move left to right Or a car moving clock-wise to the 4 side centers of the screen 2. Customer selects the car from the images that he/she sees - Customer Enters the pick up and drop location 3. Fare estimator will show the amount to be paid by the customer via credit card in advance 4. The nearest available driver will be notified 5. Once the driver confirms an alert msg will be sent to both the driver & customer. 6. Driver receives details of the Customer i) First & Last Name ii) Pick up point & Destination point iii) Mobile # iv) The driver has the right to refuse any pick-up -- If he accepts the ride he has 30 secs to cancel the ride. If he fails to do so he will be charged a minimum amount from his pay. 7.
